DESCRIPTION:The Barnali event this year hosted by Rotaract Club of Calcutta Renaissance \, dedicated to celebrating and supporting the LGBTQI community\, provided us with an incredible opportunity to engage and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. As Karttavyaa set up a stall at the event\, we were immersed in an atmosphere of acceptance\, love\, and celebration. \nAt our stall\, we had the privilege of interacting with event attendees\, both from within the LGBTQI community and allies who joined to show their support. It was a heartwarming experience as we witnessed the vibrant energy and sense of unity that filled the air. People of all ages\, genders\, and sexual orientations came together\, fostering an environment of inclusivity and understanding. \nThe conversations we had at the stall were truly enriching. We engaged in open dialogues about LGBTQI rights\, the challenges faced by the community\, and the importance of creating safe spaces for self-expression and acceptance. We listened attentively to personal stories\, experiences\, and aspirations\, allowing us to gain deeper insights into the unique journeys and resilience of individuals within the LGBTQI community. \nThroughout the event\, we had the privilege of witnessing incredible performances\, thought-provoking discussions\, and inspiring speeches that highlighted the strength and beauty of the LGBTQI community.
